Customs & Duties Notice

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If customs fees are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, all return shipping costs and related carrier fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

For shipments sent from Turkey to the UK, the customs duty–free limit is £135.

Key points:
• No customs duty is charged on goods valued below £135.
• VAT is still required. For items under £135, VAT is usually collected at the point of sale (by the seller or the platform).
• For goods over £135, customs duty and VAT are both collected at the border.

Price does not include tax and import duties, which you may be liable for from Turkiye.

Please be aware that all imports from Turkiye to the USA are subject to a ~15% tarrif plus additional fees, totalling at an extra 20% cost. AMEX credit cards are not accepted.
